As requests come in, you will be assigned a square or squares.

Once all 100 squares have been filled and all money has been paid,  numbers 0-9 will be randomly generated and assigned to the x-axis and y-axis for all 4 quarters. 

Since you will have a different set of numbers for all 4 quarters, each square that is purchased has multiple chances of winning.
